Brittney is a Registered Nurse aesthetic injector and holds a certification in neurotoxins, neuromodultors, and dermal fillers from the Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy. Brittney joins us with local private practice experience in aesthetic nursing and is excited to share her passion for the intersection of beauty and science. Brittney’s experience as an Intensive Care Unit nurse and Nurse Educator highlights her attention to detail, personal commitment to education and continual pursuit of industry best practices.

Joselyn is our Office Coordinator and works closely with our clients and clinical staff to ensure everything at Elite Med Spa is running smoothly. With six years of experience in the medical field, Joselyn specializes in billing, scheduling, interpreting, and medical assistance. Joselyn enjoys helping others and feels blessed to be bilingual, enabling her to better assist our Spanish-speaking clients.
Joselyn has always been drawn to beauty & aesthetics and enjoys bonding with our clients over beauty, products, and treatments that she is passionate about. She enjoys providing anyone that visits Elite with assurance and peace of mind that they are in good hands. Joselyn believes that everyone has the right to feel beautiful and take the measures they feel are needed to achieve that confidence.
Dr. bobby desai
Dr. Desai is the Medical Director at Elite Med Spa. He has his Doctorate in Medicine and Master’s in Education. Dr. Desai has spent decades practicing as a physician, teaching at universities, and mentoring clinical staff. In recent years, Dr. Desai has developed an expertise in Medical Spa services and has advised new and established Medical Spas. Dr. Desai has received many awards over the years for his dedication to clinical excellence and mentorship, including and Outstanding Teaching Award, national EMRA Mentorship award, and an Innovation in Medical Education award.
Dr. Desai manages and supervises clinical protocols and works with the staff to provide clinical guidance and determine the appropriate regimens for patients. Dr. Desai ensures the patients and staff at Elite Med Spa have the necessary clinical support, guidance, and trainings.
